This hotel was my go-to spot when visiting Orlando, and I've stayed here multiple times since it opened. the staff here are always friendly and accommodating. the front desk clerks were personable, especially the one who checked us in at 6 am, providing plenty of extra shampoo for our large group and quick to deliver extra towels. the breakfasts were outstanding, with ample space around the pool area, making it easy to find a table without waiting. the location, right outside the West Gate to Walt Disney World, was very convenient, and having the Flamingo Restaurant nearby was a nice touch. the swimming pool area was well equipped with towels and sun loungers, making it a great place to relax after a long day at the parks.

The room at Springhill Suites was spotless, and the location was convenient with a nearby Target. the complimentary breakfast with a frozen yogurt machine was a delightful surprise. Beds were cozy, and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. the room design, including a walk-in closet, was impressive, and the Star Wars elevator added a fun touch.

Toilet flush delay. No other complaints.

It had a great and perfect location near to the Disney Parks, and Walt Disney World. I loved staying at this hotel and would have extended the stay.

Had a magical stay close to all Disney parks, with clean rooms and friendly staff. LOVED watching fireworks from the room. Photos don't do justice.

The room was great value and reasonably large, and the bed was comfy. Its a writing table and a couch were much appreciated during our vacation.

The room was insanely clean and beyond comfy with a 5-star hotel feel, while the breakfast was absolutely mouth-watering, offering up delicious hot meals. The pool was super refreshing and open until late, fitting perfectly into our busy schedule. The staff were extra friendly and the hotel design was mind-blowing, creating a fantastic experience for an amazing price!

Convenient Location with Exceptional Cleanliness

However, the shuttle service could be improved in terms of scheduling and communication with external transportation services.

Muffins, yoghourt, and scrambled eggs for breakfast were much appreciated. It was in a comfortable location just next door to the Walt Disney world Resort, magic kingdom and animal kingdom and all Disney parks and Magic Kingdom.

The location of this pleasant and perfect hotel was particularly good, close to disney world.

Beautiful new resort near Disney World. Convenient location, amazing pool area, and helpful staff. Minor shuttle miscommunication, but overall great stay. Hidden gem with excellent service and amenities. Close to parks and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for a wonderful vacation experience.

The location is comfy and the staff is very amiable.

we loved our stay at Springhill Suites. the breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of hot food. the pools were nice and accommodating and we enjoyed the Flamingo bar for drinks and food. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and odor-free. the location just outside the park gates and near a toll highway for shopping and restaurants was so convenient.

Marvelous Location: I felt like I was at the epicenter of the Disney universe, with all the attractions within a magical reach. It was as if I had a backstage pass to the kingdom of fun and excitement. The hotel's proximity to everything Disney was like having a VIP fast pass to happiness!
